Round 1 Highlands Motorsport Park - 02 Oct 2021
Had a blast at Highlands today for Round 1 of the South Island Endurance Championships. Our 811 V8 Ute ran faultlessly all day finishing the 1 hour enduro in 23rd place from the initial 28 entrants. A field full of rocketship Porsche's to boot!
Stoked to have Casey and Izzy there too. First race meeting for Izzy at just 7 weeks old and it wasn't speedway LOL. Thanks to Ken and Nigel for joining us as well plus a shout out to the anonymous crew member who helped out during my compulsory pit stop.
Special mention to Graham & Kate for letting us camp out at there place too.
Our next round is Levels Raceway on 16 Oct and the ute is already locked away in Timaru thanks to good mate Noel.
